  • Instructions: Please Use Raw Honey to Sweeten 

    • Boil Spring Water: Start by boiling spring water. Use a kettle or use our electric kettle it reaches a rolling boil. 

    • Add Our Loose Leaf Tea: Place your herbal tea leaves into our tea infuser.  Use about one teaspoon of our loose tea leaves for every 8-ounce of water. You can adjust the amount to suit your taste.

    • Pour Hot Water: Carefully pour the hot water in your cup over the tea infuser. Ensure that the tea is fully submerged in the hot water.

    • Steep: Cover the teacup with a lid or a saucer to trap the heat and aroma. Let the tea steep for the recommended time, which varies depending on the type of herbal tea:

      • Herbal teas with flowers and leaves: Steep for 5-7 minutes.
      • Herbal teas with roots, bark, or seeds: Steep for 7-10 minutes.
    • Optional Additions: If desired, you can add honey, lemon, or other flavorings to your tea. Please do not use sugar.

    • Serve: You can drink it hot or let it cool for iced herbal tea and enjoy!
